Where we ship

TOVRUNA currently ships within the United States only. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time.

Cost

Shipping is free on every US order. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay for the products plus any applicable sales tax.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Our toys are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons can extend it.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the facility. Tracking sometimes takes 2–5 business days to show its first scan while the parcel moves between carriers.

Split shipments

If your order contains items that ship from different locations, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are not charged extra for split shipments.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email cuckooFD@hotmail.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please check your address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a second shipping charge may apply.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable. Prices are in US dollars.
