Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TOVRUNA. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms. 1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, and that you will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.

2. Products and descriptions

We have made every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. As toys are manufactured in batches, slight variation in colour, stitching, and dimensions is normal. Images are illustrative; where a size or weight is stated, it is approximate. Our products are pet toys, not child products, and are not intended for children.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount charged. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the incorrect price.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping policy, return and refund terms in our Returns and refunds policy, and data practices in our Privacy policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and product photography — is owned by or licensed to TOVRUNA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission. See our Legal notice for details.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use this site to breach any law, infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property, submit false information, upload malicious code, collect others’ personal information, or interfere with the site’s operation or security.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products are pet toys. No toy is indestructible — always supervise play and remove any toy that becomes damaged, torn, or a choking hazard. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This clause does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory consumer laws of your state of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
